during my previous stay in the city, i didn't expect this hotel to exceed my expectations this christmas party. the room was clean, and the breakfast included fresh pastries that energized me for the day. i also found the staff to be exceptionally warm and welcoming, making my stay even better.

the coffee machine was incredibly slow.

Great variety of breakfast options available.

During our stay, we faced considerable disturbance from a noisy child running above us early in the morning. This became frustrating as we struggled to get a good night's sleep. while the hotel location is good, it would have been more convenient if family rooms were situated on lower floors to minimize such disturbances.
